Phase 2 of Victoria Plaza builds on the success of the initial residential development in central Ashford, introducing a further 257 apartments, a blend of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, to address the demand for high-quality, affordable housing. Valued at approximately £40 million, this phase underscores a major investment in urban renewal and social infrastructure. It complements Phase 1, which includes 143 apartments and retail components, creating a comprehensive new neighbourhood linked seamlessly to Ashford’s transport hub.

Situated strategically near Ashford International Station, the development offers residents exceptional connectivity, including rapid links to London and continental Europe. Designed with modern living in mind, the apartments feature efficient layouts, access to communal green spaces, and proximity to Victoria Park and the town centre, contributing to Ashford’s ongoing urban regeneration narrative.

This second phase envisions not only a continuation of high-density residential design but also a commitment to place-making and affordability. By delivering 257 flats within a broader scheme that spans both commercial and residential use, the project helps Ashford maintain its momentum as a thriving commuter and cultural destination in the Southeast.
