A phased revitalisation, The Copperworks transformed a historic pocket of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter into a vibrant residential community. Comprising nine blocks, a blend of new-build structures and Grade II–listed Victorian conversions, the development spans 139 high-quality apartments, thoughtfully arranged around landscaped central courtyards with street-level access. It reinstates the area's architectural character by paying close attention to façade detailing; traditional red brickwork is complemented by copper- and zinc-toned elements, deep reveal windows, and open-weave brick courses that reflect the craftsmanship of the Jewellery Quarter’s industrial past.
Positioned adjacent to Sloane Street and Camden Street, and just a short stroll from the Jewellery Quarter Metro station, The Copperworks offers exceptional connectivity for professionals and city dwellers alike. The renovation of the former brass works (dating from 1854) alongside sophisticated new builds, exemplifies the fusion of heritage preservation and contemporary living in one of Birmingham’s most culturally rich neighbourhoods.
